The critically-panned Happy New Year, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, clinched the maximum number for the trophies at the Stardust Awards ceremony taken in Mumbai on Dec. 15. It met with stiff competition from Queen, starring Kangana Ranaut.
